First K5K. Will make it a point to do this every year. The course is relatively flat compared to most courses I've seen so it makes for an excellent course to get a great time in. Residents of the neighborhood are there to cheer you on. Also, the fun and games before and after the race are great. A great family event.

The race description says: "Our flat course is nestled in the cozy, neighborhood streets of Kirkwood and promises to be a FAST, easy, and refreshing 5K." It is NOT a flat course...more like rolling hills. The traffic control was great and the kids fun run (complete with medals) was a nice touch. Overall a fun race and one I will definitely do again.
